StoryMe is a UAE-based personalized kids' storybook platform available to customers in the UAE and approved GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman). By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Each order is customized for the kid named in the order. All storybooks are prepared based on the details you provide. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, as personalized orders have limited cancellation rights once production begins.

You are responsible for providing accurate kid details, a suitable photo, and a valid delivery address. You agree to use StoryMe only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

By uploading a kid photo, you confirm that you have the right to use it for creating the personalized story. You must not upload photos of other people's kids without authorization, or photos that are inappropriate or unlawful.

All prices are in AED. Prices may change at any time for new orders. Placed orders retain the price at the time of checkout.

StoryMe does not store payment card details. Online payments are handled through Stripe.

StoryMe uses online payment only, processed securely through Stripe. Cash on Delivery is not available. Payment is completed at checkout before production begins.

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. Cancellations before production starts may be possible on request. Once production begins, personalized orders have limited refund rights.

The StoryMe name, brand, story templates, and website content are the property of StoryMe. You may not reproduce or distribute StoryMe content without permission. Your personalized storybook is for your personal use.

You may not use StoryMe to upload illegal content, infringe third-party rights, or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.

StoryMe provides this service on a best-efforts basis. We are not liable for indirect damages, delays caused by third-party couriers, or issues beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.

StoryMe may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
