Refund Policy

All StoryMe storybooks are created specifically for the kid named in each order. As personalized products, they follow different cancellation and refund rules compared to standard products.

You may request cancellation before production starts. If you contact us on WhatsApp promptly after placing your order and production has not yet begun, we will do our best to process your cancellation.

Once production has started, personalized orders may not be eligible for cancellation or refund unless the order is damaged, incorrect, or affected by an error caused by StoryMe.

Printed storybooks are dispatched after production and quality review. Refunds for printed storybooks are generally not available once production is complete, except in cases of damage, incorrect personalization, or delivery errors.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect printed storybook, please contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving the order. We will review the issue and work to resolve it appropriately. If a refund is approved, StoryMe will process it to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on the bank or card issuer.

Orders are prepared based on the details you provide. If incorrect information (such as a misspelled kid name or wrong age) was entered by the customer, this may not be eligible for a refund. Please review your order details carefully before checkout.
